Abstract
This study examines how early trauma significantly shapes adult personality traits using acomparative study methodology. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire and the MBTIquestionnaire are used to analyze data from 80 participants who were divided into two groups:an experimental group with experiences ranging from mild to severe trauma and a controlgroup with little to no childhood trauma. Using statistical techniques like t-tests, theassociation between adult personality traits as identified by the MBTI and the level ofchildhood trauma is investigated. The results highlight the value of early intervention andsupport and shed light on Investigating the enduring consequences of childhood trauma onindividual development. There are notable differences between the two groups’ personalityattributes.
